About us

Kincarrathie House is a residential care home for older people located on the outskirts of Perth in beautiful Perthshire. The management and staff of Kincarrathie House seek to provide a highly professional and personalised care service.  We are pleased to accept residents for long term care.  Short term respite care is dependent on room availability at the time. 
  
Kincarrathie House was formerly the home of the late Mr A. K. & Mrs Camilla Bell.  Mrs Bell (who survived her husband) bequeathed Kincarrathie House to the Gannochy Trust.  The House, together with extensive grounds (including a walled garden), has been leased on a long-term basis by the Gannochy Trust to the Kincarrathie Trust.   It is the Kincarrathie Trust that has full control over the management and operation of the care home.
