Kincarrathie House

  • Kincarrathie House is a residential care home for older people located in beautiful grounds on the outskirts of Perth.  The management and staff consistently aim to provide a highly professional and personalised care service and do all they can to maintain the highest of standards covering every aspect of the running of the home so as to create a welcoming, positive and comfortable environment.

We believe that spending some time with us, talking to people who have made it their home and also to members of staff, is an important factor in the process of making a positive choice to live at Kincarrathie on a permanent basis.  You are welcome to visit for coffee or lunch; spend a day with us or arrange to come for a short stay, (this would be dependent on room availability at the time) prior to making your decision.  Please feel free to bring family members or friends with you should you wish them to be involved in any visits.

We will respect your need to have time to make what we appreciate is a very significant decision regarding your future and will give you the opportunity to do so without pressure or seeking to unduly influence you in any way.

Kincarrathie House was formerly the home of the late Mr A. K. & Mrs Camilla Bell.  Mrs Bell (who survived her husband) bequeathed Kincarrathie House to the Gannochy Trust.  The House, together with extensive grounds (including a walled garden), has been leased on a long-term basis by the Gannochy Trust to the Kincarrathie Trust.   It is the Kincarrathie Trust (Registered Charity No. SCO16809) that has full control over the management and operation of the care home.
