Recruitment

Job opportunities at Kincarrathie

We are currently looking to recruit full time Senior Care Assistants.  The successful candidates will work 3 twelve hour shifts each week.

If you are passionate about care we would love to hear from you.   We will match your commitment with a highly attractive reward package and a great working environment.

You will be part of a team that provides a high standard of care to help residents retain personal dignity and individuality.  Duties involve assisting residents in all aspects of care which includes administration of medication, helping those who have limited mobility, assisting with personal hygiene and giving assistance at meals times where required.  Maintaining daily electronic records is an important aspect of the role.

You will have a genuine interest in working within a caring environment, possess good communication skills and be a good team player.  You will hold an SVQ qualification. A clear security check from PVG Scotland and two satisfactory references are essential.

We will invest in your ongoing training and development and provide opportunities for you to gain further qualifications to help you in your career progression.
Throughout the pandemic Kincarrathie has stayed clear of any infection.  This has been our number one aim and while the risk of Covid-19 is a constant threat, all the measures we have in place have so far been successful.

If you can see yourself working for an independent and well managed care home that places a high value on staff, please contact Nicola MacCallum, Home Manager by email (Enable JavaScript to view protected content.) or phone (01738 621828).

Alternatively complete and return to Nicola by email an application form using the link below.
