Within the Home, there are various systems and processes in place which helps to ensure that close monitoring is maintained on all of the Home’s services and procedures. Attention to detail is important in everything we do.
A significant part of our quality programme is to involve the residents and their relatives. We regularly ask for comments/feedback on the Home, the staff, and the services we provide. We also carry out annual surveys to obtain the views of residents, relatives and health care professionals which helps us to maintain and enhance the quality of our service. The results of the most recent surveys can be viewed in the “forms and reports” section of the website.
